5 Voices BootCamp
The 5 Voices Bootcamp is a 90-minute workshop focused on improving communication and understanding in a team of any size. Everyone has a leadership voice, whether they know it or not. The problem is most people don’t know their leadership voice or how to use it. This workshop will set the stage for maximizing team performance by understanding the leadership style of each person.
It starts with everyone taking a leadership assessment. Then everyone gets together and walks through their results and the strengths and implications of the team as a whole. Everyone will walk away with foundational insights about their leadership style and a personal development plan to better use their leadership Voice.

Connect to the tools to help you grow yourself and grow your business. Learn alongside a tribe of other leaders who are committed to real results.
